IMG_2892wasn’t super impressed with freemans.

it’s a cool place to hang out for a drink, and i really like the atmosphere, but wouldn’t rush back there for dinner.

IMG_2872boring mixed green salad with a few sad green beans thrown in to start off…

if you have some time on a saturday morning, go check out union square market. the local produce is amazing, and it’s really fun to wander around and take everything in.

can’t wait to get cooking!

porchettai’ve been meaning to make it to Porchetta for some time now – even after all the hype, it delivered.

it’s definitely one of the best sandwiches i’ve had recently. the pork is tender, cooked to perfection and tastes gorgeous. fairly easy to eat on the go as well, even though they have a few seats in the restaurant for those looking to indulge in the full plates.

check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

ventured over to Williamsburg last week – great dinner at Juliet.

sat up on the roof, one of the first crisp fall nights.

whole meal

I had the moules frites, and my friend ordered salmon with caramelized cauliflower

i had been here for brunch which was good, and would definitely go back again for dinner in the future.

super easy to get to from manhattan – enjoy!!
